• Question: Are we alone in this galaxy ? Do you believe in aliens ?

      In this galaxy, I think we are alone, but I do think it is possible for life to exist in other parts of the universe. I would like to think that aliens exist but I have no idea what they would look like or how they would behave.

      I’d say probably not – there are between 100 and 400 billion stars in the milky way (our galazy) – a huge number. Beyond that there are also hundreds of billions of galaxies. The chances are that somewhere there is a planet where life – in some form – could exist but as to whether they are advanced enough to pay us a visit I doubt it!

      we are probably alone in the galaxy as there won’t be many stars that have earth like planets, but in the universe I don’t think we are alone (or we might have not been at some point in the past)
