• Question: If you could relive any time period in your career, which part would it be and why?

      I really enjoyed my time at uni because I had a lot of fun, but I wouldn’t want to change anything. I suppose if I had to pick one event it would be my PhD graduation because I got to meet and chat to the Princess Royal.

      I guess doing my PhD again – this involved making and testing a certain type of laser – it would be so much easier to do knowing what I do now, and I may be able to write more publications and study it more in-depth!

      I don’t think my career has been long enough to relive any yet 🙂 doing my undergrad degree was great fun though so it would be nice to be able to relive that one day

      I am an optimist and although I have enjoyed my career so far I believe the best is yet to come. I hate the idea I don’t have something to look forward too, I think its good to always look to the future positively, I had great times in the past so now I have to find a way to have even better times in the future.
