Question: Do you think the world might end because of Global Warming or do you think somebody will invent a solution?

Ooh, interesting question… I hope that we will reduce the damage we are doing to the environment, so recycle more, use more renewable energy etc. But I think that these measures will only slow global warming down. I’m not sure that they will prevent it. I do think we need to research into the causes and effects of global warming, so that we can potentially find a way to reverse the damage. We know, for example, that burning fossil fuels (coal, oil, gas etc) will contribute to the hole in the ozone layer, but is there a way to repair that hole? I think the only way to invent a possible solution will be to better understand the problem. I’m not sure if global warming will cause the end of the world (I hope it doesn’t). If global warming continues, if will certainly change the environment and some life may die out, but equally so, other things may survive, evolve and adapt to the new environment.
