Question: why are phone additive???????

I guess it’s because some people really like to feel in contact with everything/everyone around them. It is sometimes quicker/easier to look up an answer on your phone than to work it out for yourself and I guess people get into the habit of getting info fast. Personally I don’t find my phone addictive, it’s handy to have, but then I grew up before everyone had mobile phones and things. My first mobile could do phone calls and sms and that was it (and it was really expensive to use) and signal was terrible. I remember having to hang out of a window every time I wanted to make a call lol.
